Exeter University

The original student residence was built in 1966 and no longer met the expectations of students for modern accommodation. The original building was replaced with a high-quality, modern development with 251 bedrooms. The use of modern timber frame techniques and fabrication helped to deliver a large scale student accommodation project within a very tight timeline and to a high level of quality.
